Breach Detection
Every linked probe is checked against its unit's compliance band every two minutes. An excursion that stays out of band past a configurable delay opens a breach — and closes itself the moment the reading recovers.
DataDam module
HACCP-grade temperature and humidity compliance for fridges, freezers and cold rooms — a continuous log, breach detection that understands a defrost cycle, and calibration certificates in one place, on the same core that runs DataDam's weather stations.
What's included
Every unit is judged against its own band continuously, not just when someone remembers to check a thermometer.
Every linked probe is checked against its unit's compliance band every two minutes. An excursion that stays out of band past a configurable delay opens a breach — and closes itself the moment the reading recovers.
A scheduled or manual defrost widens the band for its window, so a routine defrost cycle never raises a false breach — while a unit that was already failing before the defrost started keeps its breach open.
A filed report for any date range: every band in force, every breach with its corrective action, manual readings, missed scheduled checks and calibration status, judged hour by hour.
Define when a manual reading round is due per unit. A missed round raises its own alert, and a period can only be signed off once every breach has a corrective action and every check is accounted for.
Upload a probe's calibration certificate and track its due date. An overdue or failed calibration shows on the dashboard and flags the affected readings in the log.
Take a unit out of service for maintenance without it polluting the compliance record — the gap is recorded and excluded from the log, not judged as a breach.
In-band percentage, mean kinetic temperature and coverage for any date range, so you can see a unit trending toward trouble before it breaches.
